“Love God. Love People. Affect The World.”
A presence-centered church committed to discipleship, meaningful relationship, service, community impact, and global mission.
A venue partnership proposal from New Church of Faith Orlando and Better Me Academy asking Church in the Son to host Better Conference 2027, a three-day gathering of women pursuing transformation, freedom, worship, prayer, and Spirit-led activation. April 8-10, 2027 are our target dates, and we will gladly align the final schedule with Church in the Son's availability.
Dear Pastor Jonathan and Pastor Jackie,
The Better Conference was created to build women. Not simply to inspire them for a weekend, but to help them encounter God, confront what has held them back, receive practical truth, and return home equipped to live differently.
For years, New Church of Faith has faithfully made room for this gathering. We are deeply grateful. The fruit has also created a new challenge: the Better Conference has outgrown the space that has carried it. We are now planning for 300 to 500 women, expanded ministry moments, multiple breakouts, worship, prayer, vendors, and the kind of room that lets an altar breathe.
That is why I am approaching Church In The Son. Your church does not merely have the capacity. Your own story, beliefs, and ministry language reveal a house that values the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, transformational discipleship, excellent ministry environments, and impact beyond the walls of the church.
We are not asking you to become a vendor to us. We are asking you to consider becoming a host partner in a weekend whose 2027 assignment is Power: Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit.
Our commitment is equally clear. We will steward your campus with honor, carry our agreed costs, follow your policies, protect your team, and invite your leadership into the weekend in a way that feels like partnership rather than tenancy.
The strongest reason for this partnership is not square footage. It is ministry alignment. The language each house uses to describe its assignment already speaks to the same kind of transformation.
“Love God. Love People. Affect The World.”
A presence-centered church committed to discipleship, meaningful relationship, service, community impact, and global mission.
“Win Souls. Meet Needs. Heal Hurts. Love People.”
A ministry focused on developing people of faith and excellence through teaching, healing, service, and practical care.
Church In The Son explicitly teaches that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers believers to witness. Better Conference 2027 is built around learning to walk in that power with clarity and courage.
Church In The Son publicly identifies a 1,600-seat main auditorium with robust audio and video capability, a 500-capacity Next Gen Center, and supporting meeting spaces.
From its earliest gatherings, Church In The Son has described itself as a house where worship can be experienced freely and the Holy Spirit is given room to work.
Church In The Son's 2026 Jamaica mission language centers on empowering women to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, embrace God-given identity, and become catalysts for transformation.
It gives both leadership teams a shared ministry vocabulary before the first microphone is turned on. Better Conference 2027 does not need a neutral room. It needs a house that understands what it means to make room for God to move.
The proposal is intentionally simple: host Better Conference 2027 on the Church In The Son campus, using April 8-10, 2027 as our target dates, then let the facilities, production, and ministry teams shape the final schedule around Church In The Son's availability.
Our own conference team, volunteers, operational lead, event insurance through New Church of Faith, ministry staff, parking team, shuttle coordination if needed, and event budget.
Better Me Academy will cover agreed facility use, CITS-required technical staffing, custodial support, security, and other approved event costs. Church In The Son is not being asked to absorb unreimbursed event expenses or carry the operational burden of the weekend.
Final dates, facility fees, insurance limits, staffing requirements, and payment cadence will follow the executed Church In The Son facility agreement.
Better Conference 2027 is designed so women do not leave with notes alone. The weekend moves from encounter to understanding, from understanding to activation, and from activation to a life that looks different after the conference is over.
Live worship is not a prelude to the program. It is a ministry environment where women can focus, respond, pray, and encounter God together.
Spirit-led teachers and ministry voices bring biblical truth, personal honesty, and clear application to the 2027 theme.
Smaller rooms turn the weekend into practical discipleship through focused conversations on identity, purpose, relationships, healing, leadership, stewardship, and growth.
Dedicated prayer teams and altar ministry create space for personal response, follow-up, and care that is not rushed by the clock.
Local, faith-based, women-led, author, and service-provider vendors expand the ecosystem of resources available to attendees.
The closing is designed as a sending moment. Women leave with next steps, community, prayer, and a charge to walk in power in ordinary life.
Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit is not a slogan placed on a graphic. It is the theological and practical throughline of the entire weekend: who the Holy Spirit is, how He empowers believers, what Spirit-led obedience looks like, and how women carry that power into family, ministry, leadership, work, and community.
Better Conference 2027 carries her conviction that people can be spiritually grounded, emotionally honest, practically equipped, and fully activated in who God has called them to be.
Pastor Meka Beacham is a pastor, Bible teacher, mentor, author, and ministry leader known for a warm, inviting spirit, profound Bible teaching, and a message of love that connects across backgrounds. She pastors alongside her husband, Bishop Russ Beacham, at New Church of Faith in Orlando.
Her passion for people was shaped early and deepened through work in social services. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida and has pursued further study in pastoral care. Her ministry is rooted in helping people grow in faith, understand who they are in God, and find their place in His Kingdom.
Through Better Me Academy, Pastor Meka has built a platform centered on God-given identity, courage, confidence, spiritual weapons, transformation, and practical discipleship. The Better Conference is the Academy's signature gathering and the largest expression of that vision.
The platform brings together worship, prayer, prophetic ministry, deliverance, mindset transformation, Bible teaching, and practical activation. Each voice has a distinct lane, but the same destination: women strengthened to live free and walk in the power of God during Better Conference 2027.
Preashea Hilliard leads at the intersection of worship, prayer, discipleship, and creative ministry. Her current ministry language is simple and memorable: make prayer popular. She serves as the visionary and Lead Servant of The Glory House and has built ministries that help people experience God through prayer, worship, healing, community, and servant leadership.
As a recording artist, her projects Live Out Loud and The Glory Experience established her as a distinctive contemporary gospel worship voice. Her current ministry bio describes both releases as chart-topping projects.

Shun Strickland is a pastor, author, business strategist, and coach whose work equips people, especially women, to embrace God-given identity, break destructive cycles, and live free. She co-pastors Fellowship of Champions Church International and combines biblical truth, prophetic insight, mindset transformation, and practical tools.
Her current teaching continues to emphasize obedience to what God has said, freedom through renewed thinking, and the discipline to build a life that reflects faith in action. Shun was also listed as a speaker for the 2026 BETTER Women's Conference in Orlando.
The conference plan is intentionally designed around Church In The Son's operating standards. Better Me Academy will arrive with its own leadership structure, follow CITS facility policies, and treat the campus as entrusted ministry space.
General liability coverage through New Church of Faith, with Church In The Son named as additional insured at the coverage level required by CITS. Certificate delivered no later than 30 days before the event.
Required licensed security or off-duty law enforcement, emergency procedures, first aid readiness, and capacity compliance coordinated with CITS protocols.
One Better Me Academy operations lead will serve as the sole event-day liaison to Church In The Son facilities, production, and security leadership.
Pre-load-in and post-load-out walkthroughs, documented condition, policy compliance, complete reset, and a joint post-event debrief within two weeks.
Better Conference 2027 is asking for access to the campus. In return, Church In The Son receives real visibility, ministry connection, stewardship, and an open door to build relationship with hundreds of women coming through its house.
Church In The Son credited as Host Partner across approved digital promotion, registration, signage, program materials, and stage acknowledgments.
A designated main-stage moment for Church In The Son leadership to welcome the conference, speak to the room, and extend the heart of the house.
Ten full-conference registrations for CITS staff, ministry leaders, or members, with flexibility to deploy them where leadership believes they will have the greatest ministry value.
Three hundred to five hundred women experience the campus. CITS connection materials may be included in approved attendee touchpoints, welcome areas, or conference materials.
If desired, CITS volunteers may serve alongside Better Conference 2027 teams in prayer, hospitality, parking, or production within mutually agreed roles. Better Conference 2027 also brings its own volunteer base, parking team, and shuttle support if needed.
Because the conference closes Saturday, CITS may invite attendees to its normal Sunday service. This is a ministry handoff, not a request for private Sunday facility use.
Better Me Academy will not ask Church In The Son to absorb risk, labor, or expense in exchange for exposure. We will carry our agreed costs, protect the building, honor the calendar, follow the facility team's direction, and return the campus in the same condition or better.
The program remains flexible around Church In The Son's calendar, facilities guidance, and final speaker logistics. April 8-10, 2027 is our target window, and we will align the final dates with Church In The Son's availability.
Approved equipment, signage, vendor staging, registration build, production rehearsal, and joint facility walkthrough.
Doors and registration, worship, Church In The Son leadership welcome, opening keynote, prayer, and altar ministry.
Morning worship and keynote, ministry response, vendor village, lunch and connection, afternoon breakout intensives, and evening ministry programming as finalized.
Worship, keynote teaching, breakouts, ministry response, closing keynote, corporate prayer, commissioning, full load-out, cleanup, and final walkthrough.
If Church In The Son desires, conference attendees may be invited from the Saturday platform to attend the church's regular Sunday service. No private Sunday event or separate conference use is requested. It simply gives women who want a next step a natural invitation into the host church.
A proposal can explain the logistics. Video shows the energy, worship, women, ministry, and atmosphere that Church In The Son would be making room for.
Nothing in this proposal requires Church In The Son to make every operational decision today. The immediate goal is to confirm spiritual and practical fit, then allow both teams to build the agreement responsibly.
Pastor Meka and Church In The Son leadership discuss the vision, ministry fit, dates, and questions. Target: September 2026.
Facilities and production teams confirm rooms, capacities, flow, parking, production requirements, and vendor configuration. Target: October 2026.
Church In The Son provides available date windows, facility quote, current policies, insurance requirements, and staffing assumptions. Target: October 2026.
Both parties execute the facility agreement and Better Conference 2027 satisfies the required deposit and scheduling terms. Target: November 2026.
Venue announcement, registration launch, marketing rollout, speaker promotion, and Church In The Son Host Partner recognition. Target: November 2026.
We are not simply asking for a room. We are bringing before Church In The Son the very kind of Spirit-led gathering this house was founded to make room for. We would be honored to meet, walk the campus with you, and discern whether Better Conference 2027 is a partnership God is opening between our two houses.
